HTC MAGIC v.s Nokia 3310

The first phone i ever had or the virgin phone, was the Nokia 3310 back in the 2002.




It will always have a special part in my heart but in the day of age, it is a really, really, really basic phone. It features-limited, design- normal and it's really just a basic phone with the features used for calling and messaging.

During the early part of this new millennium, it was a miracle that a phone that can fit into the pocket but it was as heavy as a rock.

Fast forward to present day,2009. The advancement of technology sky rocketed a once Nokia dominant handphone market to a market now controlled by many phone companies having part of the market share like HTC and they have created the HTC Magic.





It surpasses the Nokia 3310 in every aspect, be it the size and functions.

Take the size for example, it's way smaller and much thinner and definitely lighter.
It fits well in the pockets of our jeans or pants. The Nokia 3310 would create a huge budge which many people would mis understand, if you know what i mean.

With the ability to access into the Internet with the HTC Magic definitely makes lives easier and convenient. A one click access to Google service and to browse the Internet.

OK let's talk about some of the interesting phone features. Have you been to somewhere dark and needed a torchlight but don't have one? Well fret not, in the HUGE library of application in the Android Market,you can download the Torchlight app and voila, you have a make shift torchlight with the HTC Magic.The screen will be extra bright to light up your way.

In this day of age, people are using the handphone to organise their life with their handphone or PDA. Things like remembering birthdays and meetings. The phone's organiser is never good enough but the Android Markets have tons of that to match everyone's need.

The phone also have a 3.2 Mega pixel camera on board.

These are the many features that the Nokia 3310 never had.

It just tell you how much technology have evolved and soon people will soon forget the obsolete ones.

My guess they do use this phone at Hogwarts haha. You know Magic.. haha okok bad joke.


Verdict

Well i know it's not fair to compare this phone as the Magic wins hands down without even a fight or the need to cast any spells.
