Modern Warfare 2, a freaking awesome game.

Before I took the game out for a spin, I have been hearing great things about the game and even game reviews giving it a perfect 10/10 marks.

Too good to be true huh?

So I tried it out and completed the game. Mann, it is 1 damm good game, the realism and intense storyline, the way you play through the eyes of different soldiers ad of course the amount of fire power and destruction you can cause.

They added a freaking cool character in the game and come on, if you all played Modern Warfare 2, you will love this character called, Ghost>

One of your many Wingmans but check him out, badass skull mask and Full Metal Jacket.
There's even a 6 part comic book series on him.

Gotta find ways to get my hands on it.

The multiplayer system is also much better than the first one and has a much better system as compared to other games. So far i am only at level 12 man, working my way up.

With that, you all should really try this game, you will not regret it unless you do not like the army stuff then play with your barbie dolls.

I'm sure most of you watched Singapore Idiot, .. I mean idol finale and yes a new 7-11 boy. Well they are both good singers but 3 years in a roll a Malay dude holding onto the throne?

They can start a boy band now, the 7-11 Boys.

Oh yea, I guess the next time we will see the winner would be NDP 2010 as like every year, singing some 'nice' NDP songs.

All in all, he is indeed a good singer but well i never had any favorites in the competition as it's more of a marketing gimmick rather than finding real talents.

If you did not know, LTA(ahem government) closed certain roads along Orchard on Christmas. Yea ain't that great?Until you get caught in that freaking wave of human Singaporean Jam.

It is freaking diffcult to walk forward with the amount of idiots blocking your way or walking at a snail pace as if they are tracking on a Mine Field.

Have you all ever noticed, especially on holidays and Sundays, you see weird people roaming among us and giving people like me ideas what to do with the person if we had a gun. Damm!

Which freaking cave did they come from? Heartland Malls caves? Jurong?



In case you don't know what I am talking about, here's the list,

you get the..

• Stinky ones-those who never wash their clothes or shower for days.
• Badly dressed 1-hey who wear slippers and P.Js to town?
• The "Mime" - people who will have an imaginary obstacle in-front of them which stop them from moving and blocking everyone behind.
• Snails- as mentioned and mind you, they are young people and not old folks.

The list goes on, well you can add on if you want.

Solution? This >>

We fucking blow up where they come from, we must make our stand today to wipe those freaks out. Purchase a freaking Bunker Buster!
Who knows what they will do next, like insects, they adapt and they will get more irritating every year if we don't do any thing.

So we should start pooling our funds for the AIPO(Anti-Irritating People Organization) and purchase that freaking Bunker Buster.

Haha well if you do not see any update in bout 4 to 5 days, please send a rescue teams in to the caves and rescue me from the clutches of the cave people.

Christmas Eve

Wow funny how time flies, just a flick of the fingers and bam! it's the 24th of December.

I remember about 1 year ago from today, we were exchanging gifts in camp,something like Secret Santa or the S.S. Yea we do have such events and it is not much of a hell hole as some of you might imagine.

What I got?

A Bionic Lego Toy. Well i can still remember the gift was wrapped in a newspaper. Geez, thanks ar, but they say it's the thought that count....my ass.

It was a toy needless to say, the only use of it? To display on top of my cupboard and that's it.

Haha but indeed, whatever the gift might be, be happy at least you are receiving something.

Long Long Time

Have not been very loyal to the blog for a while but hey, can you blame me?

Sales at every corner, parties to attend, things to do, haha but hey I wanna keep this blog alive to.

You all should be out there having fun too, besides sitting in front of your computer all day. It's the festive season and chill at orchard road and breath in the scent of Christmas and having a lighter wallet from all the shopping.

Have been playing Little Big Planet with May May the past few weeks. Man I though the game suck and almost traded in for other games but thank god I did not.

It's freaking fun when you get the hang of the control and you will be screaming, shouting vulgarities, throwing your control and as for May May, thinking the PS3 control is a Wii-mote and will be moving in the same direction as the character.

If you have no idea what it is, go freaking wiki it!

Haha I'm kidding, it's a game that is set in a world where are your imgination is stored or collected, you control a particular character which you can customize called Sackboy or Sackgirl and roam the different worlds to collect stickers or costumes.

Went to Double O last week and I must say, affordable booze and good music, haha ain't no Thai Disco but it was great, May May got all crazy, well so did my buddy Kim and I.

Let's just say, we almost killed someone there on the dance floor. Haha serve you right for trying to mess with our space. We own the podium. The higher you are, the harder you fall ain't it.

Haha well of course we quickly blended into the crowd and disappeared from that gal.

Been busying playing Assassin's Creed 2 as recommended by my good buddy Steve.

Mann, it's a step up from the first one which i did not like but for number 2, it's really really good.

The awesome-ness of play as the new Assassin,Enzio. The freedom to roam around and killing people, kinda like a GTA in old Italy. It has good story, action and interesting interactions with events of history.

Well you know what I am gonna do for my holidays,

Bake Cookies.

I bought waffles again from that shop. Saw a lot of guys there pretending to buy the bread there, stealing glances at the cashier(refer to yesterday's post).

I guess their sales must be skyrocketing now.

Come on, I was buying waffles for May May, why would I be there to stare at the hot bakery gal or baker or whatever you call them.

You Like Buns, I like Buns

Over the past few days, I have noticed that the bakery shop under my block seems to be havin good business. Not that their business is bad but it seems much better.

I also noticed more guys going there to patron the shop, so I went for a look-see and i came back with a couple of waffles.

What, their waffles are good what..:P

Haha hm..yea there's a reason why business has picked up. They recently hired a particular young lady to work there and well I guess she caught the eyes of many guys so well you know, they will buy the breads hoping to buy enough to get her attention.

I must say she is not too bad looking but hey most bakery in the neighbourhood area don't usually have hot and attractive or young gals working there, come'on those Taiwan or Korean bakery drama are fantasies just like every drama they do and heck they might be living in 1.

So well nuff said bout that. Indeed sales has picked up and it's either a coincidence or their market strategy. So I wonder what's next? FHM Bakery? I wonder what kind of buns will they be after.
Hm.. well maybe only that midget would think of that.

WEll has been a while, kinda busy week it has been, lots of stuff to do and at last finally my 40 inch TV has finally arrive, whaha, prepare to go blind and Full HD and playing my PS3 games on it, pure awesome-ness!!

Kinda lazy Saturday, finally completed Uncharted 2, I must say it's a step up from the first one and a pretty good game. Other than that, I just stayed at home and disturb May May and Lucky.

Sometimes the week goes by quickly when you have good company and lots of work to do but at times, like this week, certain days were hard to go by.

People who have a weird sense of mind set, blaming others for their incapability and what worst, I considered that person as my friend.

Yea, so well I won't rant about it but it's kinda sad losing a friend just because the person wants to play it out that way rather than looking in the mirror and to find out why first, why do you suck, why aren't you ever heard and confronting it.

Nuff said.

Up-Scale Astons?

Yea as my title states, a higher class version of Aston?

We have all come to know and love Aston as a value for money good food at outlets like in Ang Mo Kio and at The Cathay.

Today, May May and I went to the Centrepoint outlet of Aston.
To be Honest, we though it was the same as the others but to your surprise, it was like no other Aston. It was indeed a higher class version of it.

I asked the manager whether it was the same as the others and he replied,

" It is not really the same as compared to the other outlets."

Well indeed, the price was much higher and the menu is totally different besides the fact that the meal does still come with 2 side dishes.

I ordered a Beer Battered Fish or like I said, they cooked a drunken fish and May May ordered some fancy-full named, Provencal Chicken.

We were expecting just simple portions of it like we always do at the other Astons but mannnn.. the portion was freaking huge and it's definitely worth the money.

Haha well if you are asking for pictures, sadly , I forgot to take any as well, haha the first instinct was to eat it and think later haha.

Needless to say we cleared up the plate and the service there is 'Up- there', they even clean the lemon,which some how flew out of my hands, magic lemon i guess, without a fuss.

Well you got my word for it, though it might be a little more pricey than the standard Aston, it's worth it and freaking delicious.

Two thumbs up, my thumb and May May's thumb. :P

Sup all, sorry for not updating, kinda busy the past few days but fret not, I wasn't just slacking around(indeed i was), but I was out there getting more ideas on what to write and well completing my games, going out and having fun.

Well some Lucky update, she's been under the weather these few days.
Sent to the vet and was given meds for Flu. Well it figures, hectic weather and she sleeps in the air-con room with my folks and on a comfy bed.

Well let's say she's a high flyer, promoting up the ranks so quickly.

Well my mom also concluded that the room is too cold for Lucky at times and decided to get her a top to keep her warm. Well to me dress up your pet is 1 of the dumbest thing anyone could do but it's to keep her warm so well, gotta keep my mind open.

SITEX, 1 of the year's biggest IT fair and by far the best if you ask me.

Headed down with my buddies and Dad to get our stuff and man, major major damage to my wallet mann.

It hurt but it was all good pain. Got everything I needed at good prices.

The only thing I hat about such fairs would be the crowd.
I guess they are on an agenda to make blood boil by blocking the way, knocking into you and so much more.

Since today's a holiday, weirdos do come out of their caves to roam around the crowd and yea there were plenty.

I'm not saying Singaporeans are not cultured but mann ,to be honest some are just ass-wipes. If I had my baseball bat with me when I was there, there won't be enough bags to collect them and they might have to pack them in those "Shop and Save" bags, right Steve?(insider joke)

Met May May for dinner later and well we loitered around Tampines Mall to kill time.

Man it was a mad house there and as usual, freako crowds were everywhere.

We headed for Toy r Us to look-see.

I guess our age went down as we went deeper into the store as we started playing with toys and battled with each other with this>>>>

Yea the "Round Shape Wacky Noodle".

It became a sword and we fought like musketeers battling for our pride.

Of course to say I won with the most hits on her and come on, if you been to drama school, played crazy games when you were young and joined the army, you will be a master at it.

Of course like all villains, she had the final move when I let my guard down and stabbed me through the heart or per-say. Yea such a cheap shot huh.

Haha well we did answer a couple of question wrong but not because we were dumb but we cannot hear what the speaker was saying, yea in the background of the store, they were blasting gay(happy) music and jingles who the F**k can hear the damm speaker.

After the "IQ" test, we left for our diner at A-jisan to try their new menu.

Truth be told, they should stick to Ramen, their new menu of Mapo Tofu sucked big time.

They tried to mix Japanese food with Chinese food but it failed miserably. The tofu was sloppy and all.

Disappointed.

But that was the Tampines branch, maybe other branches ain't that bad?

She has been in hiatus for a while as she was busy finding new places to pee(besides my room).

This is Lucky true nature, yea she's has horns hiding behind those thick fur of her's.

Sometimes I would piss her off by well bully her or threaten to cook her, those horns would come in pretty handy and well that explains why the are red in colour.

The contest lasted about 4 minutes.

No, not because she lost but rather she forgot about the competition and went back to biting stuffs. You know puppies, short attention span.

Truth be told, those were pretty cool shots, makes her look wise and cool.

Anyway she is also known as a Mobile Shredder now. Anything that drops on the floor belongs to her and torn to pieces. It ranges from paper to metal pieces.

Yea even I'm afraid of dropping things on the floor, she would hide among the shadows and pounce on any opportunity she got.

A freaking good movie, in my point of view of course. I don't know what some of you jokers like or hate but to me, it's an awesome movie heck even better than that certain disaster movie that spent like millions of dollars on special effect and in the end, a predictable story.

Mann, I was so glued to my seat, with my inner ear-bud ear piece(man that's a mouth full) all set in my ear, every time they were diffusing a bomb, my nerves just tensed up, it really puts you in the moment and of course it is very realistic.

For those who have not seen it, do check it out but if you are not into army stuffs and gore then well too baddddd. :p

Apparently, Sony have officially release the Playstation 2 console over in Brazil.
No it isn't a typo, it's for real, Playstation 2.

The same console that was out about 9 years ago.

It is retailing at the price of S$639.94.

Man that too much for a device which is already so last decade.

Talk about stone age.

Maybe Sony though it was 1999 over at Brazil?

I wonder when they would start ofiically selling Playstation 3?

Went to dine at Ashton again but with May May today. Mann as I twitted, the queue is as long as ever and well it is about freaking time they expanded the damm place.

I bet it's their marketing strategy. Like any other Singaporeans,

I hate queuing but it's either I get eaten by her or just join the queue.

Waited around 20 minutes before we got in.

Good and affordable food, nothing can beat that.

Gosh man, it's getting colder huh?

I cannot leave the house without my cardigan otherwise I would freeze to death in the shopping malls. Heck it might show in the shopping malls soon with their super cold temperature.

Yea I know the weather outside is getting colder which is a plus in my book. Yah for cold weather and Neh for humid freaking hot and sticky weather.

Paint Paint

Started off the day with the usual. Woke up early but left the house late, Lucky once again had a fight with my jeans and my feet ended up as the victim.

Once again called onto Annie for help to get to class on time and phew indeed we got there just in time, on the dot.

Pretty much a screwed up day in between but had fun at the same time. Man if only I had my army powers on those people, mannn.. you cannot imagine what I would have done but well that life

My house is undergoing a make-over as in re-painting. Yea man imagine the mess, even I don't want to be home but well where else can I go, the streets? Or dig a hole and sleep?

My house smell of paint mann, I might be a paint sniffer soon. Lucky seems to be having fun watching them paint the house, silly bitch, well can't blame her, she have not seen anyone paint the house before.

My room colour stands out the most. Aspen Green, apple green like colour where-else other room's blue.

To be clear, I am not an army nut and green is not one of my favorite colours.

So I asked my mom. she said, they picked this colour as it is best suited for me to control my anger.

I was like, "wtf&*#$$%^%&&*&$%^$^%#^%#%$@$%#%^"

ar..hm..looks like...

I do have an anger problem huh.

Haha well I will give it a go when the dust is settled in the house. Hey I might become a person of Zen.

Soaking Wet + Tweet Bug

What a day it has been, raining cats and dogs.

What's the point of the drainage when the pavements still Freaking Floods. My shoes were soaking wet and man I hate getting my only shoe that fits the dressing of my clothes well totally wet.

However I made the Fatal Error or running in the rain hoping it will keep my feet dry, in my ultimate wisdom, it was 1 of the dumbest thing I have ever done.It only made matters worst and my shoe still got wet and I was drenched.

Had to skip gym as I do not have dry clothes to change to, that was a total bummer.


Well now I have to dry my shoes and hopes tomorrow would not be a repeat of today heck I might even bring my army boots tomorrow. Damm the lousy drains that served no purpose and still flood the pavement.

Note to self: take a cab next time.

So Near Yet So Far

Damm, do you feel kinda shitty when you have useful stuff that cannot be used?

No I'm not talking about my brain but rather the discount coupons where I can use in many other retail outlets such as Topshop, Topman, G2000 etc..

20% each and a Wildcard where I can use at any shop.

The thing is that, the current season line ain't that nice.

The other thing is that my fundings are a little low do and mad dash shopping session. Oh well looks like I have to either rob a bank or just wait for my pay to come.

A Monday That Lasts As Long As The Other Mondays

Mann, the weekend went by and here comes Monday, sighs.

Watched the Office just now and man it was freaking funny, seeing Dwight punching himself and all haha.

Was finally able to sleep on my own bed for well I guess I got too comfortable and woke up Late for school... again.

Called up my back up, Annie to the rescue again and phew made it to school on time.
Thanks Annie.

Had a couple of laughs and heard a lot of weird theories like we can do more with Mayonnaise then I though and no, it does not involve a bed.

Monday is more of a reflection day on what I did on Friday to Sunday. I mean it's more of a recalling the events that somewhat disappears from you mind from the Rampant drinking sessions.

Like how did $30 bucks end up in my back pocket, how did I make it across a busy street, the stuff I said and why was the world spinning. Man if I could answer all of that, my GPA would be a prefect 4.o.

Weekend

Wooo man, you cannot imagine what I had.

Drinks at Double O are dirt cheap man, I presume they must have stolen the goods or dealed with the mafia. Shots for 3 Bucks each?

How great is that, we had shots after shots and booze and heck we even got free booze from some gay dude which I did not find out only after the place closed.

Let's just say, we were pretty lucky we did not have to bend down to grab something on the floor if you know what I mean :p

That said, Double O crowd pretty much sucked. They were party zombies. They just party but do not know how to have fun. Music's not bad though even though the house music was pretty irritating.
Such a pity the crowd suck balls.

We chilled or I mean I crashed and burnt at MacDonald. My buddies tried to feed me something to fight the drunk-ness. It was amazing though, we crossed a couple of roads safely and some how did not get into any fights or destroyed anything.

Then like last time, thrown into a cab and fell asleep in it.

Woke up and saw the meter, $30 bucks!!!!

WTFFFFF!!!

The fucking cab driver took me for a ride which would usually only cost me less then $20.
He was a fucking lousy driver too, I should have barfed in his cab or peeed inside or something.

I 'm gonna walk home next time.......second though I rather just take a cab.

Went to watch the Singapore v.s Thailand match yesterday. Dirt cheap ticket though.

My buddies and I were screaming our lungs out and man were the Thai players are freaking good actors or too tired from their Disco session.

Diving, fainting, ass cramp, etc..

Guess there was a gas leak there or something that only affected the Thai Players.

Dirty tricks to stop our team's momentum. Even though we lost, we did not resort to such dirty tactic just very bad form and a team which cannot seem to connect the dots and score.

Was Singapore chance to score when I took this shot and once again they disappoint.
So that was the final score but like I said above, we did not resort to such dirty tactics.

The fun did not stop there, caught a late night movie, 2012 after that.


The show was alright. The special effect saved the show though.

The story's simple with the usual disaster cliche.

The bad part was that we got row B. Not Cathay row B but Golden Village row B.
Freaking Front Lines.

Raining the past few days did indeed bring the over heating temperatures down.

Having been mugging non stop for Math under the supervision of my Drill Sergeant, May May.

MAN was she tough on me, she would throw a chair at me when I get an equation wrong.

The latest issue of (DEC) FHM is out and why am I promoting the magazine whom editor is as evil or perverted as a dirty old man in Gelyang?

It has May May inside, pictures I mean. SHe was hopping like crazy when she saw the new issue.

I'm reading it as I'm typing this post and mind you, both of my hands are on the keyboard.

Wow, those are nice shots and her Q and A section, it was pretty well done.
It goes to show you that not all of them are bimbos or dumb or how the magazine portrays them.

Overall, it's all good and I am very Happy for her. :)

However of all the people they can put on the front cover, why did they pick Ris Low, damm of all the people.

Ris Low fights back? She's kinda like the female version of Steven Lim huh.(Go Google him).

Start Of The Day

What a Start to my morning!!!

Woke up a little later but still took my time grooming up and all. Yea had to put my blushers and all. Haha yea sometimes it's just like impossible ain't it.

AHem..ar.. ok enough of that gay talk but yea I do take while to get groom up, as I always believe

Then when I'm about to leave the house, Lucky would bite onto my jeans and not let go.

Imagine a metal ball chained to your feet and you are trying to move. Well it's something like that but just not that heavy.

I knew I was late so i called my back-up, my very own 'Stalker', Annie.

Shared a cab but my hands were always on the door handle just in case she planned to kill me or abandon me at some industrial park.

Phew we got there on time and rushed to class and i must add, in 1 piece.

I gotta Thank her for offering the taxi ride otherwise I would be really late, so don't say I'm Heartless.


Yea so that's what happens in the morning in my life, yea I know it ain't no blockbuster movie kinda of thing like cars blowing up or something. It's Singapore, not Iraq.

It is a British Comedy loaded with it's English humor and all.

I was once asked whether I was paid by Apple, as in the Apple company that makes Mac books and IPhone.

Why?

Well, maybe is the way I talk about my IPhone and kinda like promote they stuff to my buddies like the games and all.

For the record, I am not paid by them but I pay them, as in buying their sweet sweet products.

Like many others, I want a Mac book but it is so seriously pricey and I don not know whether it will suit me and besides I have a pretty good laptop already.

Mann it's as difficult as always to trek around town on a weekend.

Because some assholes were Strolling in front, not 1 but a family of them. They think it is a freaking park, chit chatting and walking the pace of snails.

Part and parcel of a weekends huh, Freaks come out from their caves and roam the streets, sounds like Halloween huh.

Bottomline, we should send people like them to work at road blocks in war zones.

Heck the enemy would surrender in a day.

We roamed the streets to to check out the Christmas Decorations and we ain't disappointed, Orchard just got a lot brighter





















Wow even I'm impressed by the quality of the IPhone camera.

Orchard is really moving into the Christmas spirit now and so is my wallet.

Was Finally able to hit the gym today.

Man not being able to work out for the past few days almost drove me nuts. Working out there helps de-stress and keep me fit at the same time.

Well exams and more exams on the way.

Something came onto my mind while i was pretty much zoned out listening to my head phones while I was running on the treadmill. Don't get me wrong, I was running fast but it is a habit where my mind will zone out and will think of something else to fight fatigue.

My mind wandered about the fact that, I would always freeze in class due to either the weather or the fact that sometimes they want to preserve us in the class.

Yes I do have cardigans or jackets but would leave them at home when I carry my stuff for gym as it does make the bag heavier and would sooo regret when I have to fight frost bites in class.

SO i have decided, tomorrow, I'm going to get myself a Scarf.

I used to dawn a scarf when I was in the jungle during my army days till i got the nickname , "Afghan Soldier".

Yea just 1 of the many nicknames my "buddies" came up with.

I could either buy it or steal it from May May. She has a pretty good scarf.

Tipsy? Me?

Yea balls, I'm freaking tipsy now from the night of chilling with my buddies at the Acid Bar over at Somerset, we kept drinking and they kept requesting the bands to play songs for me.

Guess they were all drunk.
The bands there were pretty good, though the bar is small but well they have great bands to make up for it.
Had a fucking good time.

Well somehow I can still type pretty fast, heck i guess my mind works better when I am not thinking at all.

I should be asleep now but well the intoxicated me is not allowing me to sleep.

Well lost the competition today, well at least i got into the top 10 but no offense, when I saw last year's winner, they were looking for more of a nerdy kid to represent the school.

Well that is how I felt alas they picked a not too bad looking 1 but a freaking introverted guy.

Haha yea damm i fucking hate losing but what the hell, it's over and kudos to him and her for winning.

The Return of Lucky

Have been a long time since i posted something about Lucky, some thought she have vanished from my life but nope,
She was on her road-trip doing concert gigs around the world. :p

Haha nah, i just needed to compile more pictures of her, ran short of them and realized I was reusing some old images.


As you can see from this picture, my room is going through a Major make over and this is it, what's left of my working table and boxes all around me.

Well like they taught us in the army, we make do with what we have.




As you can see, I'm working closer onto the floor which means Lucky can attack me anytime.

It happens and happens a lot of times. She would bite the pen off my hands and i have to chase after her all around the house, notes will be snatched and all. Yea i could use the table which are higher but where would the fun be.

This is her trying to figure out which phone to use/chew,

"Hm..the IPhone or the Nokia one? Which is more chewy"

And if you are wondering whose legs do they belong too, it's mine and mind you I was wearing pants, short ones.

Generation Kill

Yea man, Generation Kill is an awesome show.

That's what I'm watching now. A 7 part HBO movie-series about an hour long each deem to be the new kind of "Bands of Brothers".
However a more modern day and recent accounts of the Iraq War.

The series follows the lives of the Marine Recon unit during their operations in Iraq.
As you can see from the picture and what I wrote, yea it's an army show. Well if you been through the army, you will understand the lingo, as in the army talk, and how they operate.

It shows you that no matter which army you serve in, be it the US or Singapore, they encounter the same trouble, shortage of equipments on the battlefield and making do with what we have and the chain of command, the character of certain character, man I can relate, haha.

Well words cannot describe it, you got to Serve to understand.

All in all, it's an awesome show and dudes watch it.

Well got my placing in the Mr and Ms School of Information Technology competition. Apparently, I am M1 as in guy number Uno, 1. The bad thing, The event starts at 4.30 pm on Thursday, and my exams ends at 5.15pm.

Great huh, i got to freaking run down from my class to the stage for the competition.

Was a pretty long day in school. Woke up early but somehow I got to school late,
Funny isn't it? Joined some competition and had a long photo-shoot. Took a couple good shots though, i wonder if they would ever send it to me.

They told me that it was a simple shoot but well things happens and dragged a little longer than I thought.

Well rehearsals on Wednesday and actual day is on Thursday.

Best thing, it's right after my mini exam.

Mini as in a sub exam, not an exam for midgets.

Haha well it's part of the obstacles 1 have to go through ain't it.

It would be fun :)
