Headed to Marina Square to catch the Jackie Chan's New Chinese Movie, Little Big Soldier. Well it was ok, nothing that great but still watchable, well to me at least it was much better than the,The Spy Next Door, which made Jackie look like Barney the dinosaur.

All in all, if you are in for a great time and some pretty cool action sequence or just for Wang Lee Hom, then you should watch the show.

However, they showed a trailer of Matt Damon's new action packed military movie, The Green Zone. Directed by Paul Greengrass, the same guy who did The Bourne Supremacy, The Bourne Ultimatum.

I was watching Memoirs of The Geisha last night and well it was a snooze fest for me, I was more interesting it staring at the ceiling lights. Don't get me wrong, the acting is good but so boring, the MadTv parody beats this hands down haha.

Here's another thing I want to rant about. Don't you ever find it strange that Channel 5 must always show the 9.30pm News?

They would have to split the movie into 2 parts just because of the news. So this is what, I guess, Mediacorp thinks that is going through the key demographic mind

"Oh boy, it's 9.30 and I sooo need the news, but my hands cannot reach for the control to change to the channel that is dedicated in telling us the NEWS in ASIA."

So what gives splitting the movie into 2 parts when we have Channel NewsAsia to do that?

Well maybe they paid too much for their news presenter or something as you know, Mediacorp is pretty good at wasting money, funding shows like Polo-boys, Singapore Idol, boring Channel 8 dramas and so on.

So well yea that's my 2 cents on the long rant.

Simple

That's what i can summerise for today.

It's just like a basic schedule of the day, did my work out, go crazy with Lucky, watch CSI Miami, Psych and Growing Up.

Boring?
Nah, i see it as a time to rest up for the weekend or party planned this week. Yea get a good complexion and smaller eye bags.
Played a couple of games on my IPhone, wow , i'm impressed, for $0.99, you get to play freaking good game, prefect for time killing sessions.

Here's something i need to get off my chest, you know what i hate? Yea i have a lot of things i hate but this is 1 of the many.

I'm sure you have seen people type sentances like this "ILikePie" or " ILikeWatchingTv".
I know i know, i type like that too as a joke topic but not for some people i know.

They would type this on MSN, or Facebook shout out.

They invented the freaking "Space" button for a freaking reason. Use it damm it.

Wait wait, my bad, i should type way,

"UseTheFreakingSpaceButton"

People like you all now falls into the "Space-Barless" People which ranks almost as high as the Singapore Idiots/Idols.

Hello all,

woo a good night to sleep indeed. Cool and windy.

Well we all know that Sunday is a day of relax and to enjoy a day with the family. However, my somewhat day of relax was a little damped by my visit to the Heartland Mall, Northpoint.

Don't get me wrong, that place is quite a "hip" place now, the have upgraded it well.
It's the people in there i don't understand. I have stayed here for quite a while and i have realized that on every Sunday, all the freaks and weirdos will appear and shop around there.

It's like a gathering of weirdos whose job occupation is to block your way, walk slowly on the pathways, stop suddenly to look at stuffs and worst of all, no proper manners.

Where do they come from? If i recalled, the Singapore Idol auditions was over bout 2 months ago. So we can rule that out.

Well i guess there's a cave filled with people like them somewhere were they travel from heartland malls to heartland malls to entice us.
For example, i saw this lady reading a story book tho this kid in the middle of e pathway with lots of shoppers trailing along. Just that weirdo alone, blocked everyone's way and causing a jam.

WTF are such people thinking.

Well we should do something bout it sooner.

I'll always try to avoid heartland malls on weekends to avoid these weirdos. I know you understand what i mean. :X

OK enough of my rants

Lucky hour now,

We bought for her a new chew toy but i guess it's only making her jaw stronger. Let's hope she put that to good use, like biting those weirdos. haha


So that's her just before she fell asleep with her fur all messed up after a intense hour of playing.


Whoohoo, my dear May May is coming back tomorrow and it would be our 1 year anniversary. Time do really fly :)

It has been almost 2 weeks since May May have gone back home. Wow time do really moves slow, and bout 5 more weeks to go.

I have kinda gotten use to the fact that she will not have any time for me the next following 5 weeks too. I have to admit to the fact that we will not communicate for a couple of days via msn or voice.

NO point brooding about it,what can i do, fly to China and join the riots? haha i'm kidding if anyone is reading in China. So i just have to mark the calender on my handphone and just wait for her to come back.

Life must still go on for the next couple of weeks to come.

Anyway, today's Friday and it's rant day. A day about making noise or suggesting useless feedback to the people.

By now i guess, everyone should know that the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) games is coming and well they are all afraid that the turn out will be as bad as the Asian Youth Games.
To be honest, i too did not bother about the Asian games. No offense but I would rather watch the WWE (wrestling for those who don't know).

So the Youth Olympics? I predict a small increase to the number of people who will turn out. Should be more than 1 but less than 2.

haha ok that was lame..

So well not everybody is interested to watch China sweep all the gold medals again and Transformers was shown on the same week. SO many clashes and all.

The are even thinking of extending the poly holidays to force,yea you read correctly, FORCE!! students to support to YOG. See the seriousness now.

My suggestions? Implement new games that would put Singapore in the favor for winning. I know they might not implement them for the YOG but maybe the next Asian Youth Games.

They should implement games like, "Chasing the MRT".

This is something Singaporeans are good at. If you take the train every morning or during peak hours, you do notice passengers pulling an 'Indiana Jones'.

What's that? Thanks for asking imaginary guy 1. If you have seen the Indiana Jones movie, you would know the scene when the door is closing and he makes it under the door in the nick of time to get on the other side.

Yea, i hope u get the basic idea of what i am talking bout. They should get trained atlthes to rush for the closing door and see can make it in. The speed of the door closing will increase as the round continues and the winner will be determined by who can get in within the shortest period.

Another game would be, "NO Entry". This is how it is played.
Get the players to stand at a door, the objective, let as little through as possible for that amount of time.
It mirrors the daily rush hour in Singapore where the passengers would stand at the door and block everyone's way.

Haha these are just some ideas to get more people to watch the Games, like Ninja Warrior that's showing on channel 5 on Thursday at 8.30pm. There are more viewers for that show than for the Asian Youth Games and besides I'm sure we can get more gold medals for those games and we might actually meet our target of getting more gold medals.

That's my 2 cents on the issue. haha

Well i always wonder, would lucky make a good guard dog?

She's the size of a size 11 Nike Air Force One sneaker. However she is a feisty as a little tiger. Yea you should See the damaged she have done to our hands, haha.

Bottom line though, size do play a role in fighting crime. Verdict, all it needs is for the baddie to drop a Dictionary on her and bye bye doggie but who am i to say, she's a bitch after all and never under-estimate the power of bitch fits. She might have some super temper and might tear the baddie up.

Who knows.. haha she's still young and still loveable.
